Making appointments online can be done through our online web site. You can make, check or cancel appointments, even ones made via the front desk or the phone. Log on using your email and Nico password (request it at the online login if you've forgotten).

• New Bookings Online:
  1. Select "New Appointment" to request a new appointment. Click on the type of service you desire in the left hand pane, it appear in the right hand pane. You can select multiple services to schedule together, choose the combination service if appropriate (e.g. color with cut).
  2. Once the selected services are in the right hand pane, select the desired employee via the drop-down box. After all employees have been chosen, click 'Next' to view the available appointment times.
  3. Select the time desired, then click "Next" to book the appointment.
  4. You will receive an email with the booking shortly, please verify that it is for the correct date and time you desired.
• See Bookings Online: Select "My Appointment" to see all your current apppointments. You can also choose to confirm or cancel them from this list. To change an appointment it is necessary to cancel and re-book.
• Confirm Bookings Online: If we have your email address you can confirm an appointment online. You will receive an email with a link to confirm 24-72 hours before the appointment.
• Online Bookings Exceptions: The following services require a free consultation and cannot be booked online, please call.
